Women's Self Defense

At your request, we will be hosting NEW women's self defense classes. Every Wednesday at 6 p.m. we will work on techniques for evasion and escape in dire situations. $20 per class or $80 for the full month. 

Rank Testing

05/22/18

5:30 p.m.

Our students will undergo testing for their next rank. After we will be gathering for ice cream. Details will be given in class.
