Children's Classes
Little Ninjas
Ages 5-12. Monday and Wednesdays. This is the first step on your children's path to their black belt. As white belts, this class will earn them the understanding of proper form, technique and discipline required for karate.
Little Samurai
Ages 5-12. Tuesday and Thursday. This class is for our students that have ranked above a white belt. This class continues to build on previous lessons to hone the mastery of their skills and help them progress to further ranks.

This is our community and we love working with other groups, businesses, and organizations. Please call or text regarding your event for special group pricing.
Adult Classes
Beginner Karate
Ages 13 to adult. Mondays. This class gives an introduction to movement, form, and techniques valuable to the style. Instruction is formatted to go at your pace to reach the highest level of understanding and be comfortable enough to move on to more advanced karate.
Ranked Adults
Ages 13 to adult. Tuesday and Thursdays. This class is for older students that have ranked above a white belt. We will continue to hone skills and apply that mastery to more advanced karate. Understanding and implementation of lessons is key.
Women's Self-Defense
We aim to empower women and give them the tools to protect themselves should an unfortunate day present itself. We will go through ways to stay aware of your surroundings, role playing in various situations, and practice techniques that may protect you someday.
